Crew Coordination
As part of our comprehensive, turn-key lighting solutions, DCLighting expertly manages the full crew coordination for your project, ensuring that all staffing needs are met efficiently and professionally. From the outset, we collaborate closely with the Production team to establish a labor budget based on the scope of the project, the lighting design, and the production schedule. Our experienced administrative team then creates a detailed labor grid, including competitive rates, which, once approved by Production, eliminates the need for back-and-forth negotiations with individual crew members.
Our team takes responsibility for hiring the appropriate crew members based on the established rates and schedule, and provides Production with a comprehensive work calendar, contact details, and clear outlines of who will be working and when. DCLighting is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow that supports the project’s timeline and objectives.
DCLighting also offers NON-UNION payroll services and workers’ compensation for projects, providing flexibility that meet the specific needs of each production.
Gear Coordination and Equipment Rentals
